The Witch of the Woods
The Witch of the Woods
Descending the spiral path she made her way,
To the edge of the forest to kneel and pray.
The wind swirled through her hair sending her neck kisses,
As she opened wide-eyed and heard its message.
She retrieved her vessel, intoxicated by the veil,
And started to recite incantations she had never heard.
Smoke billowing and crackling heard,
Her body leaves the ground as she speaks the sacred words.
